October 18, 2011 Tokyo, Japan – YUME Fest Tokyo hosts 3 days of programming from November 17-19th, for the 2nd annual urban arts festival.  In 2010, ENTokyo LLC launched “The YUME Fest” for Brooklyn lifestyle brand The YUME Group, to bring together the best in emerging music, fashion, and art in Tokyo.  During YUME Fest’s 2nd year in Tokyo, the event lineup has expanded to include more content and entertainment to support YUME’s concept of “Making The World Smaller”. Music industry dialogue, local talent exposure, and original entertainment collaborations are planned for production over 3 evenings in Tokyo.  Building Bridges Summit (THU 11/17), Bedroom Rockers (FRI 11/18), andThe Yume Fest (SAT 11/19) are on the agenda for bringing together Tokyo Metro area’s best creators, DJs, producers, artists, and event nights coordinated and hosted by ENTokyo’s Daisha Hunter.

“Building Bridges Summit” is an opportunity to network with the local pioneers in the emerging urban industry. This year BBS is collaborating with Shux Wun, who runswww.MusicAndStrength.TV media site and Hip Hop Lounge “PREMIUM” held every 1st and 3rd Thursday at The Pink Cow Shibuya. Building Bridges Summit will screen the film “Copyright Criminals” provided by 5th Element Japan, to open discussion about issues faced by artists using sampled music.  “Copyright Criminals” is a film by Benjamin Franzen and Kembrew McLeod, which looks at Fair Use provisions in the law. “PREMIUM” cultivates the elements of Hip Hop and opens community dialogues. This provides the perfect atmosphere for The YUME Fest participants and fans to meet and greet on Thursday, November 17^th from 7:00pm-11:00pm.

“Bedroom Rockers” kicks off the YUME Fest music celebration with DJ and producer live sessions, featuring battle gaming tournament stations by FinalRoundBats. On Friday, November 18^th from 11:00pm-5:00am, UCess Lounge in Harajuku will have avid gamers, DJs, and producers outside of the confines of their bedrooms and work spaces to create a unique party dynamic. Saturday, November 19^th concludes in FIAT Space Aoyama with “The YUME Fest” DJ and live performance party featuring Kojoe (bi-lingual Hip Hop/Soul artist), DJ Tomoko & Ucca-Laugh (MPC/Singer duo), surprise overseas guests and sets by DJ Shark, DJ POLstyle, and more.
